nydia GThe woman who is at the smoke shop was not very helpful. She basically said, "here's the key. Follow the app." They did not have the furniture dolly I had ordered. Based on the fact that this is a smoke shop catering to marijuana users, I find this an very interesting choice to host a U-Haul location. I would never go there again. I took the truck, went home and immediately called U-Haul to request that the rest of my order was fulfilled at an official U-Haul center. The experience there was a night-and-day difference. Very helpful and I felt informed and secure in making a big move.
