Staff was very friendly! Overall a smooth process checking in and out. Highly recommend checking them out, they are also a one stop shop with great coffee!

David JHe wanted me to unhook the trailer, ummm not MY job.
joan fBroken glass was left inside of the trailer. When I arrived to pick up, there was no one available to hook the trailer up to our truck, although I was informed from customer service that a representative HAS to hook up the trailer to the vehicles. I was told to come back 30 mins later for another employee to “possibly” be able to assist us. Luckily, when we arrived back, the gentleman working was able to assist us. Very nice and helpful.

micheal bSmelled like marijuana in here (it is a smoke shop). Clerk simply told me to park it in the grass. Did not get up or check the equipment. Seemed odd to me. I would have felt better if she had confirmed the trailer was returned in good condition.

ROBERT FI was very satisfied with pick -up location but when I did an on line reservation U-haul changed my pick up location without any notice. I walked in to my previous reservation location and got a truck after I was told by u-haul there was no trucks available. I called U-haul. No explanation. People be careful and do your homework. These businesses are overcharging because they are trying to rip the public off. My original location was only 2 blocks from my house and the other location was over 6 miles from my house. A lot of mileage difference.
LINDA MThe retail store informed me that the tow dolly I rented must be brought back before 645pm. While it was returned early my card was charged almost $200 for not returning it to a different location. I can only assume this was to attempt to get customers to move the equipment around so they would not have to.

Joseph DYou guys are way to expensive. I was charged way to much and what make it so bad. I brought it bake an hour and a half early than what I rented it. The check engine light was on and I was given a wet blanket (I don't know the correct term) So, my mattress was completely wet from where that tarp thing was at.
SHAYLA LThe location was selling real weed, and the guy was angry because I wouldn’t let him up charge me for things I don’t need. He didn’t even hook up the trailer, I had to with a broken wrist. I was given a $50 voucher that I tried to use this morning that didn’t work, that wasn’t enough.
JEFFREY HIt was not the location I initially booked, the truck was dirty and had active check engine and low tire pressure lights
Michael BOne tire was new the other one bald. I had to leave first thing the next morning so no option for change. As it turned out the entire axle was not square to the trailer and the bald tire rubbed on the fender causing a blow-out. I was stranded on the side of interstate 81 south for two hours. I looking for a full refund due to this. This trailer never should have been able to be rented with a ill-aligned axle. Again I believe I'm entitled o a complete refund.

RICHARD EThis U-Haul was a dump. It had over 105,000 miles and was disgusting. I had to deep clean the inside before use and I had to clean the wind shield twice before I used it for my round trip of 200 miles. I’s just too old. Needs to be taken out of service.

Martin FThe agent was eager to help with the check-in but evidently he either forgot or was delayed because I returned the truck at 8:05 am EDT and didn’t have confirmation of the return until I received my receipt at 8:01 pm EDT after a phone call to customer service. In retrospect I should have just checked the vehicle in using the app. Geofencing prevented me from doing this later after I had left. I had however taken a picture of the dash which showed the odometer, the gas gauge and the equipment number. I believe the customer service rep, who was very helpful, wound up contacting the regional rep to resolve the situation
Colbert DPerson did not do walk through with me at drop off. Just charged me for over mileage ( was given 404 miles on a 475 miles trip) Had a lot of loiters. Not inviting
Michael DFirst trailer was filthy and had a bad tire. Second trailer had a flat tire. Third trailer was clean and had four new tires. No problem with third trailer on the trip.

Joseph LThe trailer had a tire with very low tire pressure that became evident when I loaded the vehicle. The tire did not maintain pressure during the trip. It’s obvious that pre trip inspections were not performed.
Tony PBy no fault on them. U-Haul messed up my reservation and it took 45-60mins to pick up the truck. The rep at the Shop was busy because she had to wear many hats for the shop. She did her best. U-Haul needs to make the process smoother.
