RAYMOND KThe computer system was down, so it took an hour to get the equipment. 3.5 hours later I received a call from a Uhaul representative asking why I hadn't picked up the equipment, even though I already had it. I never received an email with my contract once the system was back up.
Melaina BI was not told the time the trailer was due back so I ended up having to pay $20 extra upon dropping off.
