the initial aspect of obtaining the key to the truck was somewhat complicated.........I entered the code to unlock the lock but couldn't get the lock to open.....I had to call the 1-800 number to gain instructions......which were....to roll the tumblers on the lock for about 30 seconds.....then enter the code.....other than the time and effort it took to get the key to the truck......everything went rather smooth....

There was road dirt on the outside of the truck, but overall it was clean inside.

Robert BThe proprietor had no idea what she was doing and little or no knowledge of what the condition of the truck was. Afte loading the truck the steering was so lose that the truck wandered all over the interstate. It was crazy unsafe!!! It was so bad, I should get a refund!!
