Selected a U-haul store but was sent to a participating partner (I was not told that on the voicemail,assumed it was a different U haul store)The wireless store was closed. I was outside for over 30 minutes. Had to knock at an apartment upstairs to find employee to get the keys. Employee did not even apologize. No furniture covers were in the truck, I did pay for a dozen. Worst experience from U-haul ever.

This was a last minute change of pick up locations by Uhaul I swept out the truck and washed the windows, there was no washer fluid in the truck. My rental supplies of blankets and dollies were not in the truck. I was told to drive to the location where I had made the reservation wasting the first 10 miles of my rental limit of miles.

JEFFREY RUpon opening the truck itself to load the back end of truck, it was dirty had to sweep it out prior to loading it. Which isn’t fair. There’s no reason why I should’ve had to clean it before I loaded with my stuff
