We were told to return to the storage area known as Blue Sky. Our GPS took us up a narrow road to a U-Haul storage area. It was after hours and we could not contact anyone. We dropped the trailer and removed our vehicle. We left the trailer at the gate. Two days later we had the 26 foot van unloaded and returned it to the same location. The trailer was still there. We called the number on the gate and finally someone answered. Evidently the return place was at a different address. We drove to that address and returned the van. We then returned and hitched up the trailer and returned it to the same place. The person at that lot was very helpful and he was not at fault. I would implore U-haul to make this return area more GPS friendly to avoid the problems that I had. Also whoever owns that franchise or property---suggest that they leave a message on how to contact--all my calls went to hang up. I again wish to say that the person at the lot was very helpful and not his fault. U-Haul 800 number needs to get the GPS figured out.
