My online reservation was not in their system so they rented out the only motorcycle trailer in the area, I had traveled over 30 miles to get it and it wasn't available. Just as I was pulling out a hr. Later the customer who rented it came pulling back in. They were fantastic and I couldn't locate my reservation in my phone because I had just left the link open with my res. # and I guess the next time I used Google I had lost it. That's the second time I've used that dealer and I will drive the extra miles to use them again just because of the service but I was terribly frustrated that they hadn't been alerted to my reservation.
