The rep kept telling me the truck was not on full. When we got gas the pump STOPPED! We were not able to put anymore gas in the truck! Yet we were charged for not filling up the truck. The rep kept the truck running for at least :20 mins. I had gone back to our new home and forgot to give them a blanket. So by the time I realized it, at least :20 mins had passed and I immediately went back to the rental location where I had found him STILL SITTING IN THE TRUCK WITH IT RUNNING! So I don't think it was fair to be charged for the truck not showing full when the PUMP STOPPED, like we told him AND he had the truck running the whole time.

I had to have my Uhaul switched to a 24/7 pickup because the business was closed on Sunday's until midday which isn't a problem. My Uhaul was set to be picked up at 8am. Due to traffic I didn't get there until 9am. To my surprise my Uhaul was canceled when I checked it. So I had to sit on the phone for 30 minutes in the sun to get a hold of someone who could reopen my rental. Then when I tried to access my rental online, I still couldn't access the code for the keys so I call back again and wait to be put though. I get someone to help me and then I find out that my verification process has been going on since 7:56 (4 minutes before I was set to originally pick up my Uhaul) and is still being processed so I couldn't have picked it up even if I was on time and it wasn't canceled to begin with. I then wait another 20 minutes to call back a third time to get my verification finalized so I can get pick up my rental. Due to this I was hours behind schedule for moving and barely had time to move in and get some rest before work the next morning. Overall an terrible experience.

The staff were nice here as well. The location was convenient for us. Lots of room in the parking lot for turning with a trailer. Turning left out of this location is a little challenging during busy traffic times and the driveway leading to the road is steep so watch your trailer hitch.

I loved the location and the staff there however when I called the 800 number I had to go through 6 different representatives to get the appropriate place! Not to mention the poor customer services of one of the managers as well as the jerk at Givens Gateway where I first went to get a Uhaul! I promised to NEVER rent from Uhaul again until I was sent to New Furniture Factory where the staff there made me feel welcomed.

As we connect he trailer ourselves the trailer was 1st blocked by another trailer. We had to move trailers around to get to ours. The the trailer was left in the mud. The hitch wouldn’t go on the ball. As I put my fingers in the hitch it was full of mud a had 3 rocks up at the top of the hitch. After removing the ricks and mud the hitch finally was able to go on the ball correctly.

what i did not appreciate was the mileage promised from the beginning change from 150 miles to 85 miles within 8 hours. Because of my immediate emergency my hands we're tied i could not deal with the issue. Furthermore, the very first person I spoke to when reserving the vehicle was very dishonest and her costumer service skills suck

This comment is for U-Haul, not New Furniture Factory. U=haul needs to get a new computer program. I had to go to 3 locations. I made reservations twice, and when I went in to get the trailer there was no reservation. At the location that I finally used, the man that helped me had to enter the reservation 3 times. You guys are in need of a update. New Furniture Factory was excellent. I will us them again.

The right rear turn signal would not work. Used a tester at the rent facility and verified there was a signal coming from my car. Had to go to another facility. Same issue there as well. Right signal would not work.Inconvenient as a consumer. Do though check the trailers regularly?

I made the reservation for pick up at 9 am. When I arrived a few minutes early the sign on the door stated they opened at 10:00 am. I was on a tight schedule for the day. It was very disconcerting to find the oversight between the two uhaul parties.
