This was by far my worst experience with Uhaul. The process for reservation went, until my pick up location was changed last minute. This wasn’t too much of a huge deal, because I was awarded extra mileage. So cool. But the truck, oh my goodness. It was ridiculous! First off, the cab looked like it hadn’t even touched since the last family rented it. It was filthy! And then, the back of the truck is normally clean, but again, it was filthy. I had to take time to sweep it before loading. This experience was a nightmare, compared to previous experiences.

deanne pThe floors and cup holders were dirty. I didn't want to get charged for cleanliness so I purchased leather cleaning wipes and a sweeper to clean it out. The service at this location was excellent. They helped me when the app wasn't working properly.

BRUCE MWe had a 6x12 trailer reserved in Chester s.c.for wed.Jan.28 res. no 15419284 at noontime place was closed.Called the number the guy said someone should be there they open at 10 am the guy said he would call me back but never did.we sit there for a hour we tried calling him back would not answer the phone.As we where sitting there a truck hooked up to the trailer we where supposed to get and drove off.I called u haul and they called Rockhill and we had to go 50 miles out of our way to get a trailer.New Furniture Factory LLC in Rockhill done a great job with the rental.Donaldrene PropertyLLC in Chester s.c did not.With the screw up it put us late for our pickup.
