How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was by far my worst experience with Uhaul. The process for reservation went, until my pick up location was changed last minute. This wasn’t too much of a huge deal, because I was awarded extra mileage. So cool. But the truck, oh my goodness. It was ridiculous! First off, the cab looked like it hadn’t even touched since the last family rented it. It was filthy! And then, the back of the truck is normally clean, but again, it was filthy. I had to take time to sweep it before loading. This experience was a nightmare, compared to previous experiences.

deanne pThe floors and cup holders were dirty. I didn't want to get charged for cleanliness so I purchased leather cleaning wipes and a sweeper to clean it out. The service at this location was excellent. They helped me when the app wasn't working properly.
