The "return kiosk" experience was never explained ahead of time; nor was it at all intuitive. The idea of taking pictures to show the "status" of the truck is almost laughable - anyone could take pictures that would avoid showing any damage, etc. It was extremely frustrating. I was told to put the accessory items in the cab of the truck - 60 blankets and two hand trucks?? This makes no sense.Brad H.
