The inside if the truck had literal dirt in it and had to be cleaned out. Then the rear, passenger side caliper is sticking and has been sticking for so lung the entire rim is coated in brake dust.

The truck had very sloppy steering and after filing up with gas it wouldn't start. We had to have someone from the shop come and get it started. The staff was very pleasant however it did not make up for the problems. It also was expensive.

Check engine light was on and they didn't have the 20ft truck I reserved so I had to use a 15ft which made me have to make two trips and increase the mileage. I went over the mileage by 1.7 miles and they charged me for that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I rented 2 different types of Dollie’s. Neither were in the truck when I arrived and since it was after hours I had no access to anyone to get them. We had also had snow and freezing temperatures the day before I picked up my rental. When I arrived it was dark and the truck was covered in snow. I had to find something hard in my car to break ice off of the back latch in order to even open the back door of the truck. They knew the truck was reserved and could’ve made the effort to ensure that the U-Haul was at least brushed off and unfrozen. Overall disappointed for this time around. Last time I rented I had zero problems, hence the average rating.

We requested a dolly, a furniture dolly and a dozen blankets. None of this was supplied. The business was closed on our pickup time so we were left without these important supplies during our move. The truck was I. Good shape though.

Overall the pickup location and team was good but when I initially went to see what the cost would be the person at the counter wasn’t very interested with helping and when I mentioned I was going one way he gave me a ridiculous price $400+ and told me to go online and check for better rate.
I left and went online via my phone and reserved the same trailer for $165 and paid an extra $30 for insurance and far from the $400 I was told. I felt like he just didn’t want to help me and had better things to do.

My 1st reservation was canceled by I don't know who. We had to travel an extra 30+ miles for this unit and then was charged for the extra mileage
