DANI W.The staff onsite in Newago did a great job: efficient, friendly, well prepared. The gentlemen in charge took a newer member of his team out to the trailer to show him how to prep a trailer for a customer. I appreciate seeing this as I know how important it is to train staff. I had some snafu's on the tech side but believe I shared that with customer service. Will rent a trailer from this location in the future, no question.
