Randel PriceI am disabled.there are no markings when the sidewalk goes down. I jarred my whole body and could have fallen if I was not right next to my son. I use a crutch. There was a man parked in the no parking area and the owner or man checking me out, said nothing to him to move. He was sitting in the car. The office light was flickering so bad I got a migraine. I had to step out of the office to even use things on my phone for the rental. All I got from the guy there was, it has been flickering for 8 years.

Joseph MeltonThe owner/manager (Paul) who runs this location is awesome! He's friendly and very, very helpful. We very much seek out to do business at this location and with Paul. The only suggestion I have - this was the first time we'd rented a truck that came with a hand truck and furniture pads which were tagged if you choose to use them for an extra $$. They take up extra room when you don't need them.

CATHERINE ADAMSThe lock box code was incorrect. Called customer service and waited 30 mins. After that, the truck key was incorrect. They put wrong key in the lock box. Called customer service again and waited 40 mins to resolve problem. Worst location ever. Wasted one hours and had to do two trips for moving because of wrong truck(small size)

Derrick TrusclairEquipment description could be improved, I was unable to use the 6x12 trailer due to the width of the ramp. I assumed a 6’ wide trailer would have a 6’ opening. Unfortunately I should have measured the width before I rented the trailer.

Christine LongThere was 2 drop off locations right beside each other and I returned the truck to 10 Franklin which is the the wrong one. I did not see 24 Franklin due to the car wash blocking it. The U-Haul phone customer service was excellent and corrected my mistake.

I would drive double the distance to avoid doing business with Paul. We actually needed our trailer longer than we had it but returned it after one day to avoid doing any additional business at Newnan Self Storage.

I felt as though I was signing up for the military or being interrogated by a police officer. He needs a serious course in customer service.
