Do not put hand trucks in the vehicle unless they are ordered. They take up valuable packing space. I have my own and didn’t need the ones in the truck. I had to remove them to make enough space to pack the truck. It’s absolutely disgusting and ridiculous the I had to pay $14 to remove the hand trucks so I could use all the space available and I didn’t need to use them. This is a nice scam you use to get extra money from people who need all the available space and do not need to use the hand trucks. Do not put them in the truck unless the customer reserves them or even better include them in the rental price of the truck. U-Haul must be desperate for money or just extremely greedy. Either way it’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
