This location has poor internet access, which my cell phone coverage is through AT&T. Then, I called the U-Haul 24 hr service to extend my rental another 24 hrs the night before. To receive a voicemail and this text message the next day. (U-Haul: The U-Haul equipment you rented is overdue in violation of the agreed upon return date on your contract. Please contact us within 24 hours of this notice at 6785522732 to resolve this matter or we may report the equipment as stolen.) I called the number back and the guy told me I had to bring the truck back because it was reserved and you’ll didn’t process the extension. I told him to take that up with you’ll because I’m at work, which meant I wasn’t leaving for you’ll mistake. I didn’t appreciate his attitude or being treated like this. Unsatisfied with the whole process or waiting on the lot when I first rented the unit for verification calls to my references. This is not a smooth process at all.
EUREKA JDropped off after hours. Process was easy. App and videos very helpful. Great technology through entire experience. Human interaction failed.
RANDY BI am not the most tech savvy person, so had a little difficulty managing my app. The guy that worked there didn’t even try to help me he just said “looks like it working now & walked back in his office. No help with when we returned it either.

CHANDLER TYour app does not work as advertised. Fortunately for me, the gentlemen that worked at the location came into work early and was able to help me. Your app kept stating that the email provided was already in use. I have no idea what that was all about. Of course, it was already in use, I was using it.
John PLocation was okay, lots of traffic in the area but the place was great. Super easy to sign in online. Makes it less stressful. Overall great experience

VICTORIA DTry when they turn in a truck go ahead and put the truck back in the system before they get a text saying the truck is not turn in. Which it was turned in on time they you come up with some excuse talking about numbers got mixed up. And still haven’t received my money yet

CHANDRA Tthis location and the equipment were good but the bad thing is that it was a second option that we had to use (also the technical support was very good and solved our problem quickly). The initial problem was that the application indicated that there was a unit available in another town and when we got there everything was actually closed. The application was not updated and we had to solve it with an agent.
Omar CWhen they reserve it and they got a fee, make sure they pay it before. Don’t have them go to the place when they’re closing standing outside freezing for like a hour on the phone with customer service then get the truck and they put the wrong time on it then they charge my card $384 When they won supposed to owe me money for the previous U-Haul service that they did so bad on and I drove to like three locations and they didn’t have no U-Haul there wasted my gas and everything so I’m very upset with U-Haul. I would not recommend them to anybody
Brandon HWanted me to do everything on my phone while he just stood and looked at me. If I did that why do you have a location open? I usually use the location down the street. And that's the only location I will be using from bow on.

DARION FI used the 24/7 service. The whole process took over an hour just to pick the truck up and I still couldn't get an hour extension to accommodate the hassle. This was the worst experience I ever had with Uhaul.

Nicole LThe truck I rented was an older truck with lots of miles. I would improve with newer vehicles. The one I drove acted like it was struggling.

CHARLES DManager there was very knowledgeable but also condescending and seemed to be on a power trip with some of the comments he was making. Just my experience but maybe something to look into if more than one person experiences this behavior.

JOSEPH MSides of the truck were beat in top and bottom truck cab had a ants nest in it didn't discover that until loaded up on the trip already and the truck i picked up was barely running seemed like it had a misfire would shake the truck violently at idle and they didnt have the appliances dolly i reqested overall horrible experience
JOHN REverything was good. Only thing is I called the day before picking up the truck to ask how do I pick up the truck before hours. The lady told me thst they opened at 7 am so i shouldn't have a problem. I got there at 7:40 am and a guy there told me they didn't open till 8:30 am and that I needed to scan the qr code that was on their window. That was frustrating because I was on a time line.

James BGentleman was extremely rude and obnoxious!! A little on the racist side! Probably as bad as they come when you talk about attitude! I would never recommend and rent from this location!!

SCOT HI never received a phone call for the discrepancy on how I was being billed. I was just charged the full amount, no explanation.

PAUL MThe operators overt religious and sexist messaging was deeply offensive. He had gospel preaching playing on the TV and on the main desk were tracts that declared a woman’s role was to obey her husband.
Peter SOur original reservation was in Sharpsburg ga. We arrived to pick up the trailer but it was not there. We had to drive across town to this location. Although we were treated great, we should have been notified that we needed to go to a different location. We wasted over an hour of a very busy day.

EDWARD BOther than the convenience of location. Not sure I’d use this one again. The owner/manager was rude. Never greeted when I entered the storefront while he was carrying on a personal conversation as loud as the offensive radio broadcast. Do better mister and if you’re going to have Christian based broadcasts playing you should probably live the teaching. HYPOCRITE
