There was something that seemed â€œlooseâ€ that made very loud popping or slapping sounds throughout our trip. We tried to see if we could figure out what was causing the noise but could not. Maybe loose rivets in the housing of the trailer? Other than that, everything was very smooth and very easy.PATRICK F.

Manager was as crooked as they get. I had a reservation and he tried to tell me the trailer wasn't there. The trailer was right in the parking lot. He had an out of town renter and would make more money off of that so was not going to honor my reservation. He finally conceded with the understanding I would bring it back before his other out of town renter would need it. Also, on return, he attempted to blame me for a mark on the fender. No dent mind youâ€¦ just some sort of road grime. I will never be renting from this guy again! All this dishonesty and religious materials throughout the office and Christian tv station blaring. It couldn't be easier to rent from Newnan Self Storage. It literally takes 5-10 minutes to pick up a trailer and 5 minutes to drop off. We have rented from them several times and we have always been happy with the trailers.SANDRA Y.

Mobile return after hours always fails. Then I have to call customer service, and on a Sunday they leave you on hold for 30+ minutes and I end up hanging up. Then I get charged extra day plus penalty for not checking it in. Fortunately the customer service email people always make it right.Christopher T.

I would recommend explaining to the customer how important it is to return the equipment at the exact time on your reservation. I was under the impression it was your best estimate, and in turn, I estimated 24 hours. When I was late, the store owner called to check status and I told him I was on the way. When I arrived at his facility, I was scolded like a 5-year-old child. Had I understood the return time was that crucial, I would have been back early. Because I was "late", I was also overcharged. I hope Uhaul appreciates this money from me, because they will never see any additional money from my pocket. This was a very disappointing experience.Lewis E.

The right side mirror moved every time we had bumps on the road. We were unable to tighten it, so through the trip the passenger window had to be rolled down, seat belt off and arm pulling the mirror to be able to see when changing lanes.James F.
The 24 7 rental/return isn't as easy as it sounds. After moving all day you make me take pictures of everything and submit them before I can leave. That's what the rental location guy does. This is a waste of time stepERIC E.

First sent me to a location that had no key in the lock box. Then moved me to another location and when we went to return the uhaul it would not slow us to return threw the app.Elizabeth B.

When we arrived and the truck we had reserved was not there, the gentleman working did not seem to empathize or care. There was no apology for the situation. Very little social skills for someone working in customer service. As someone who manages a large retail store myself, sometimes you apologize for things that are out of your control simply to show you care that the situation is not ideal for the customer. In no way did this person do that. Luckily another location did have a truck but it put our moving day an hour behind schedule. But, that location did not have the additional equipment we needed and therefor we had to go back t the first location for that before getting the truck across town. Really just added a lot of stress and aggravation to the day.Molly H.

Make sure the trucks are roadworthy before rental. My truck had a severe steering problem and was dangerous to operate. It was not possible to keep the truck pointed in a straight line and I almost got in an accident several times.Adam M.

Getting logged on and getting checked in using the app was NOT a pleasant experience. I couldn't log in, so I called the 1-800 number and was On-Hold for 15 minutes. Catherine was VERY pleasant and applesauce to work with. She stayed with me until I was able to log on, helping me troubleshoot through my issues. She deserves BIG recognition!Bruce S.

I would never recommend this place. Apparently I had to do self checkin when bring van back after hours. I could have kept the entire 24 hours and avoided a $20 fee. The place is pitch black and u can barely find the key dropoff box. I had an extremely difficult/emotional move getting husband with Alzheimer's moved to new facility. I did not know there was a charge associated with bring back after hours if u did not do self checkin. I simply forgot after everything I went thru....was also charged $25 for clean out. We were no where in mud but he claims he had to clean mud out of the back. U can be sure for an extra $45 I would have kept it overnight and swept out myself. I was hopeful that this would be a great experience since I is close to home. Never again.... would not recommend...Linda P.
