MARQUELA ELights on my truck and their trailer didn't work, the location immediately fixed it, including the truck. Offered to pay for the truck repairs, they said no. Very helpful, get me sorted quickly, very smooth as it should be. Good Customer Service. Derek

JESSICA AThe trailer I scheduled to pickup was filthy on the inside with a layer of dry mud. I asked the representative if they had cleaned it and they had not. This was not acceptable as I had to place my home furniture inside and had to clean it on my own prior. I would like a discount for this .

GLYNIS SI use a prepaid card so I had to put down $100 deposit and I never received my $100 back no one seems to know where is $100 supposed to come from
CHARLES MHighly recommend as they were easy to communicate with and equipped with the equipment I needed.
LOUIS MThink they had a recent flood and the parking area was very muddy. I did an after hours drop off so I didn’t see the inside of the building.
MICHELLE WCustomer service is great here! Kelly and Amber answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! The smaller box truck was very easy to drive and held everything great the whole trip. I highly recommend getting your U-haul from here! Very Affordable!

I was given a complete list of drop-off locations and their hours of ops. Most importantly, the auto transport trailer ( didn't use the dolly) is amazing.

Be YCheck tire condition more carefully. Ply separation is not always obvious, but leads to tire failure, causing delays for your customers.

Once my household items applied pressure to the car, I called to express my concern and the agent didn’t provide any type of escalation or customer service to ensure me I’m in good hands with choosing this company

Jeff SMy hole experience was ruin from the day I picked up my uhale I had reserved a 10ft the day I was suppose to pick up my uhaul Uhaul changed my order to what they wanted and did not inform me costing me right at 150 dollars more than what I reserved I was told i would be reimbursed for the days I did not use the truck since they took 5 days out and I only used it for 7 hrs
