I had bad luck at Storage King on Reilly/Cliffdale Rd. I get to the building and they check me out in the wrong truck so then I had to head back and was told that they have no truck for me because it broke down. Then the head manager sends me to Gillespie St. , which is 17 miles from my house and my new house moving into. I was only moving 2 streets over. It was a bad experience at Storage King off of Cliffdale Rd. The Gillespie location really put my nerves at ease. They really helped make this bad experience that just happend, BETTER! I am not upset with Gillespie St but wish that the Uhual company could have let me know on Cliffdale Rd that I had no truck. I spent 2 hours behind schedule.
