You're picking the truck up in a dark lot behind the building. You can't see the condition of the truck I missed a broken mirror because of how dark the lot was and I didn't see it till the next day. Your practice of canceling a truck if you're an hour and a half late is very unprofessional. You should call the customer or text the customer since you had all my contact information to see if I'm still giving coming to get the truck. Are used a credit card as it terms of payment so you knew I was serious of coming to get the truck. I had to drive 40 minutes each way out of my way to go get a truck from another location. I was beyond dissatisfied with this move.james O.

John goes above and beyond to helpful.l highly recommend using Uhaul and this location. I have been using Uhaul for many years in many different locations. I try to always use this location because l can count on John to always come through and he keeps me informed when trucks are available and they are always clean.James J.

The location was fine but I personally did not feel comfortable in that neighborhood; it was a little to rural for me. The owner was nice enough.Lanita W.
First location had to be cancelled because it wasn't even open, but I sat on hold for 35 mins before giving up and telling them through chat. People were just rude in customer service and again don't even know where their own locations are that are closed. If I would have just left it where they I would have been fined which is BS.Zach B.

Every time I deal with UHaul and Nick's Auto, I feel cheated. There are always unfair extra charges. This last time, the odometer was not accurate and I was charged well over $100 in extra fees. Now I have to spend time and aggravation trying to undo the damage.Jacqueline M.

Nick's was fine but was not the original designated pickup location. The Business for the original pickup location Was unable to provide the reserved truck because an employee didn't come to work. I found out when I arrived at the scheduled time and did not receive any prior notice. The attendant was rude and overall incapable of dealing in customer service. I was eventually shifted to Nick's which was four miles away.robert A.

I believe the bad experience was not due to Nick's, but the whole Lock Box situation was a nightmare. And then the return through the app was even worst. I believe the whole thing needs to be revisited. I would never rent again without being able to be face to face!mary S.

No one there when I dropped off the truck and i locked my personal keys in the truck a signed out of the contract so U-Haul was no help getting them back for 2 days and i hope i can get them back in the morning when they open.Michael Y.
Lower Your Price. Damn. I was originally given an estimate of about $130 when I out in the exact number of miles I would be, and actually did drive. But the actual cost after all kinds of hidden fees and taxes was over $230. I want to know, for planning and budgeting purposes, what my cost will be. When the actual cost is 1.8 times the estimated cost then I am much less likely to use Uhaul in the future. And NO, it was not due to damage or returning the truck without a full tank of gas.Samuel M.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! The customer service representatives hung up on me 3 times before my issue was resolved. When I originally reserved my uhaul, I did everything online (including pay & submit personal information). Nobody was at the location of my original reservation so customer service reserved a truck for me at another location. Before heading to the next location, the original location called me to apologize & let me know the rental was still available. So I went back to the original location to pick up the truck but unfortunately, he couldn't find my reservation in the computer. Once he found it, we had to call customer service again just to he disconnected & given the run around. Eventually, we got the uhaul situation figured out and were able to leave. During this fiasco, I was told I would be given a $50 credit & 50 free miles. I tried to use the credit, but unfortunately I was unable to which is ridiculous because I was given the credit after I returned the truck. I am completely outraged at this experience with uhaul & dont plan on using your services again in the future. I was unable to get my cable set up because the uhaul I had reserved at 12pm for pickup didn't get released to me until 3pm. Please do better! This was completely unacceptable & unprofessional.Chantel M.

The person who rented the truck could not print a receipt for our contract and was slightly unfamiliar with how to input payment correctly. My card was double charged. Yolanda was extremely rude and Justin, manager had no interest in my experience. I would never recommend Uhaul or use Uhaul services again.Tracy M.

This is a no-frills location. Only has the vehicles and the moving dolly, no boxes or packing materials. The staff person was very helpful. Note: My pre-registration info was not in the computer when I arrived even though I had entered it online. My pick up location changed twice because the truck size I wanted wasn't available at the location they told me it would be at, and if I hadn't called that morning to confirm the original location I would not have?known it and gone to the wrong location.LISA G.
