The folks there were very kind! My Niece had never rented a Uhaul before and neither had I so we didn't realize when we left the truck we were supposed to put the keys in the drop box. Anyway, the folks there were very understanding, they just I formed us of the drop box should we use them again, and we will!! Thanks again to the kind folks at SCOTT'S AUTO & RENTALS

Having to drive back and forth to the pick up/drop off actual location was a bit aggravating.
Tracy B.Vehicle had a transmission that slipped. Had to pick up the vehicle at a different location then that location was closed early and it was transferred to another. The total mileage should have been changed to allow for the added distance from where I went to rent but it wasn't. Had to pay for 18 extra miles.
