Reserved at location in Troy, Mo. Received a phone call that they overbooked and I would have to go to another U-Haul located in Winfield. The caller said it’s only 4 miles away when in fact it was 22 miles away. I’m extremely upset about this and should be compensated for the extra mileage and inconvenience. I don’t know if I will ever use U-Haul again
