The paperwork was incorrect. I took a picture of the gas that was in it when I got in it and it was not what was on the paperwork nor was the mileage but when I tried to call nobody answered the phone. I'm not going to pay for somebody else's trip. I know exactly how many miles I put on the truck and their information was incorrect and they tried to bill me for the full amount twice

Jennifer hReserved at location in Troy, Mo. Received a phone call that they overbooked and I would have to go to another U-Haul located in Winfield. The caller said it’s only 4 miles away when in fact it was 22 miles away. I’m extremely upset about this and should be compensated for the extra mileage and inconvenience. I don’t know if I will ever use U-Haul again
