I returned the truck here after hours. The app made the drop off very simple. You take a picture of the dash to show mileage and fuel level. Done! This location is next to a gas station,so top-off was a breeze! Highly recommended!

Charles SelfStaff is helpful and friendly, they are awsome! Peggy took the time to go over every inch of the vehicle with me. She apologized for the outside of the truck being covered in bugs as the vehicle came in the night before and they did not get a chance to get it washed.

Chris SmithI requested a dropoff in Columbus, IN. U-Haul assigned me Niniveh, which was an hour away from my move destination. U-Haul then charged me for over mileage to the dropoff location. I’m not happy about that and request an adjustment and refund of some sort.

Dennis BrewerLady was rude as hell and was trying to explain the reason the truck had not been returned I was given the money for the truck and fuel for 2 vehicles to make it here there was no storage available within an hour drive when tried to explain the situation the u haul rep was rude and I was taking care of a sick child when the rude ass from Nineveh called hung up and called right back and was nothing but rude I will never use uhaul and will not pay the bill till something is done about the lady from the entity in Nineveh
ALEXANDRA PAPPASThe equipment was clean but not well maintained. A few miles after picking up the truck the right rear inner tire blew and the outer rr tire was bald and about to blow. Then it took over an hour and multiple attempts to reach anybody for roadside assistance and when we finally did it was going to be 2 hours before anyone reached us which wound up being well over 3 hours almost 4. Not to mention they gave the company coming to change the tire the wrong address. And U-Haul would've charged us for any time over the reservation time.

Janet TraczGot charged a cleaning fee!!! Truck was spotless when we left it. Also got charged for extra gas when the customer service representative on the phone said I wouldn’t because we had to drive further to get a different truck. Ridiculous.
Christian WadeNinevah Self Storage was particularly helpful and accommodating, UHaul corporate notified my less than 24 hours before my reservation that they did not have the truck I reserved at the location I needed. The just left me a voicemail message and sent a text. Very unhelpful. Ninevah Self Storage was able to help accommodate what I needed to do to make the failed UHaul reservation work. Bad actions by Corporate made better, thankfully, by the local agent.

Rodney BurtonWouldn’t recommend the self check. I had spotted cell phone service. So that it took almost 25 minutes to download my photos along verifying who I was? The people at the U-Haul place said they couldn’t help self check. Thought that was a little odd for a service company that you are. They informed me that U-Haul was told in the past that they had spotted service. The truck was very nice and drove great.
Kevin MurphyIt is very clean and inviting and the trucks and trailers are very accessible in a very clean gravel lot and the people were great to work with and due to the COVID-19 issues, they asked me not to come into the office, but I could see in there and it looked nice and they work face masks when working with me. Greatly appreciated.

jeffrey heltonAsk for photos of drivers license at reservation when already entering the info. Maybe that would speed up the approval process while standing at the truck. I entered two phone numbers at reservation then had to enter a third number at truck to get verified. Overall good service and experience.
Richard ClinePeggy was awesome....My only complaint is that I had ordered a dolly and was charged for one by U-Haul via the mobile app and there was not one in the truck.

Our truck 24/7 was screwed up from a columbus location and she understood and got us through the situation very quickly and gave us a good rundown of how to use the truck and what to make sure of when dropping it off.
