It took 20min to check in to get my vehicle and 20 min to check out once I was done. I just did what most likely was someone’s job at one time. Who’s going to compensate me for my time? Unless I can deal with someone in person I’m done with U-Haul. Technology might have made it better for you but it’s a pain in the ass for me.
