First the way you treat people and second don’t be rude, and the charge was expensive and incorrect, the gay man told me to put gasoline and said he charged for gasoline l have proof that I putted 40 box of gas and drove 30 kilometres or less is incorrect I don’t recommend this place never

I was charged for the insurance CWD coverage when I didn’t even apply for it??? Brakes were not good on the truck either which is dangerous. Poor experience
Jaheed CPoor interaction. Abrasive and rude. Made it a mobile pickup so that I did not have to worry about disturbing anyone and it was not set up that way on their end. Was made to feel bad because the shop owner had to come in early specifically for me. Was rushed through the process, told to hurry up. When looking at the contract before leaving, was explained to fill the tank back to the same amount and then if it's returned after 3 pm there is a late charge, then immediately says don't be late. Never been spoken to by someone like this before and definitely will not use this location again, if ever needing a uhaul.

Emanuel VI scheduled a self pick-up for the morning, and they called me and told me they’re not open at that time and to come later. I came later, couldn’t do a self pick-up, and they still called me asking to bring the truck back at the scheduled time, despite having my pick up time pushed back two hours. I had ordered a dolly and it wasn’t given to me so I had to go back for it when I remembered, To top it all off, I got a ticket for parking my car at the location while I had the truck.

ABDUL CEasier Exit Access . The tight exit, often congested with other parked cars, makes it difficult to back out of the rental truck. Arranging rented vehicles to face the exit upon return would be helpful. This would provide a smoother and more efficient departure experience. Everything else was good, including the cleanliness of the truck and the customer service provided. There were no issues with billing. Thanks

AMANDA BYounger guy that works the morning shift is amazing he knows what he’s doing. The older guy in the evening time needs to work on his customer service while handling customers. They gave me a dirty van with soil all in the back, I brought it back exactly how they gave it to me then they charged me extra for it! Scammers!!!!

STEPHEN NThis location is terrible. The truck was not cleaned before I rented it, and the owner tried to charge me for gas, even though I returned it at the same level as when I picked it up. I ended up filling it up more than what I received just to avoid a hassle. On top of that, he falsely charged me for damages that I did not cause. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Another issue is that the store hours are much shorter than what is listed on the U-Haul website. If you book outside of the store's hours, you can't retrieve the truck because the owner only operates the rental service during store hours. I do not recommend renting from here.

delfin dI should’ve looked at the reviews from this location. I don’t understand how U-Haul can partner with such a sketch location. The guy charged me for fuel, but I returned exactly at the same level. He also didn’t mention that the additional coverage of $16 was per hour and not per rent. In a rental that I was expecting to spend $50, it costed me $230!!!

The guy who runs the store is not friendly at all, doesn’t say hello or smile upon return and hassling me over gas being a hair under full tank despite me filling it full. He also falsely claimed I caused damage to the passenger seat when I didn't even use that seat. This bothered me more than everything. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. I highly recommend people avoid this guy and location at all costs

VALERI COverall very disappointed. Specified to the owner that I did not want damage protection and he charged for it anyway. Upon reviewing the receipt he stated that there was nothing that he could do. He also attempted to blame some damage to the roof of the vehicle on me despite not having travelled under any overpass/tunnel which might have caused this. I typically survey the vehicle well before driving and now will certainly make note of the roof in the future as well.
Andrea SWhen walking around the van with attendant we noticed a large screw in the tire and low pressure (partially flat). The attendant refused to switch vehicles and assured me it was ok knowing I would be on the highway Surprise I got a flat tire!
Jeremy LThe gentleman at the location had poor customer service, I was running late to pick up the truck, and he called me, and when I explained I was on my way he just hung up. When I arrived at the store he just said: "you're late". Moving day can be hectic so having a bit of compassion is important. I didn't select insurance when I requested it online but he put it on and I felt pressured to get it. He was also very picky about small scratches on the truck and would tell me I'd get charged if there were any small dings which I found was weird because I got the insurance so wouldn't I be covered? It was all very uncomfortable. I rushed to get my move done so I'd return it on time because I didn't want to deal with him.

I won’t come back here, the customer service is the worse I ever seen in a uhaul location. That was the only reason why I choose Poor rating.

The only other thing is that I haven’t received a receipt yet and I don’t know how to get one. Service, location and vehicle were great. I will definitely rent from here again.
