Cameron LAwful experience, they did not open at 8am as stated, after waiting and waiting we decided to leave the truck without being able to explain that the ramp was broken, and what we had to do to be able to continue to use the truck. After several phone calls I was finally able to reach someone who was too interested in talking over me vs. listening to what I was saying. Edward BThey are normally closed on weekends, the reservation showed that they would be open until 12pm. The owner happened to be there and came outside to check the truck in.
Kori SOriginally had a reservation to pick up a auto transport at Daves parts and rentals in Hanford california. Issuing agent was hooking trailer up and I noticed that there was no license plate on the trailer. He said that he had missed that there was no license plate on the trailer. I then had to travel 30 miles to another u haul location to pick up a usable trailer.

Heather RFix your vehicle, my truck died as soon as I picked it up and I was unable to finish moving and since it was a Saturday there was nobody in the office and roadside assistance jumped it but refused to change the battery so it kept dying! Poor service I will never rent from u-haul again!

yollanda sIt was Sunday evening when we dropped off the truck. Therefore, we did not see the employees. The business was closed. We left the keys in the box, but never received a call from the business letting us know that they had received the truck. The following day was Monday and it was a holiday, so there were no calls either.

ROBRTO CThe truck was dirty inside and out. The vehicle dolly had to be repaired because one of the chain's S hooks was broken and the passenger side blinker was not functioning. This caused 4 hours of downtime.

don bToo many errors with reservation. Including being charged the wrong amount after mentioning several times that the truck would be returned to the pick up location (and it was). I was charged an extra $40 to drop it off at the unloading location. Now I have to take time to call customer service and get it fixed. unnecessary stress over $40 but $40 is a lot of money when you just spent $5k moving. Do not recommend this location.

I had sent a text message aswell no response even the next morning to apologize. horrible horrible service would never go there again. He really shouldn’t have u-haul at this location
Janelle uOne dolly one furniture dolly 11 blankets. Is what I got. The place was not open and Juan helped me out. I was still charged for what I did not get. My original order was in Porterville and was transferred at the last minute to Tulare. I had to pay extra for the mileage. I order 3 dozen blankets and 2 Furniture dollies. Juan gave me his number and told me at the pick up his computer was not up until 9am and said I was to tell the drop off place to call him because he did not have what I ordered.

Mark BThis location was an auto repair shop that was no open. The door was locked. A man came out and helped me, but he did not speak English. The man who owned the placed showed up later. It was difficult to exit this location with the trailer. All around, a weird location to rent a vehicle.
Melanie CAfter going to the original location that I rented the trailer from and finding out it was closed. I had to drive over an hour out of my way to pick up the trailer from this location. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in getting the trailer connected to the truck.
