Picking up and dropping off was terrible. The location put the wrong key in my lock box for pick up and I had to call and have them transfer over all the information for me to get the correct truck. When dropping my U-Haul off the lock box was completely destroyed and I once again had to call to figure out what to do. I don’t think I’d ever want to use a U-Haul vehicle after my terrible experience this time.
