The truck was dirty, tires had been through mud and were not cleaned. The cargo box had not been swept and the cabin had a unpleasant smell for being a rather new truck. Also wish U-Haul will consider increasing their fleet with trucks equipped with cruise control for long haul drives.

Both places that I was sent to drop off were closed that seem to be a common thing here in the valley. I would removed the license in no time from this places they're giving uhaul a bad name.

I was not given a contract because of that I had problems dropping off the truck.... Unnecessary stress on top of moving....

First of all, I never made a reservation with Nitro. I made a reservation online on October 2nd to pick-up a truck and tow dolley on the 19th of October. The U-haul location that I originally made my reservation with could not, for some reason, manage to get the proper equipment to that location in that time, which is over two weeks... when I called for them to move the truck to that location the woman on the phone was rude and indicated that it wasn't her problem therefore I had to drive an hour each way to pick up the truck. Not only did they not have the truck they also didn't have the tow dolley which was also apart of the original reservation. I had to drive to yet a different location. And when I got there the one employee who knew how to run the information on the computer had left early and refused to come back and assist me. I had to drive around for yet another hour to find a place that would allow me to rent a dolley. Your company is pathetic. I have been a loyal U-Haul customer and I will never use your trash services again. I will be sure to announce on social media how terrible your company is and rate you on google.

Hire competent staff. Guy wouldn't help with the late fee. The only time I was available to drop off was on Sunday and of course you were closed. His response, "look I don't have control over the u-haul stuff, I have my own business I just work here." Very disappointed.

Website stated this site was open 24 hrs and it was not I had to leave truck outside site and I wasn't aware there was a drop key box outside. Very inconvenient/inaccurate information. Please update!

your 5 foot by 9 foot is only 56.5 inches wide and is advertised 5 x 9 then I could not get my new bike on it then you would not let leave the trailer at the new location I had to bring it back emty that is I am not happy with you !!!!!!

When I went in to rent car dolly, I was asked if it would be returned to this location or a one way trip. I notified the gentleman I only needed the equipment for a couple of hours and I would return it to this location. He stated he would allow me to return it on Monday due to them closing at noon but that I would only be charged for one day. When my husband returned equipment today Monday Jan. 18, I was emailed my receipt and I noticed I was charged for two days. I called and reminded him of what had been discussed and gentlemen proceeded to tell me he did agree to let me return it on Monday but at 8 am. I am 100% sure he did not state 8 am. If he would have I would not have waited to get out of work to return, risking being charged another day, I mean who would. This guy was very misleading and it's not fair for the customers who have to pay out extra money when unnecessary.

Make sure the truck has a full tank of gas. Make sure you explain how the vehicle works (tow haul) Make sure the truck is clean before issuing it to another client.
