Garrick WMedia 19063 location is 5 star excellent and has tremendous customer service. Crum Lynne is ghetto (only in my personal opinion from past experiences) and also most definitely in OSHA violation.
Angela GI returned the truck by 15:38, but the next day at almost 10 am, it still shows my rental as active and not completed yet. What's wrong?

STEPHANIE HJudy was amazing! Our move was delayed and she kept working with us with extreme patience. The office visit was great, she helped us decide if we needed to move up a size as well. The truck ran great, no issues with the bike trailer. Only side note, if you have two large motorcycles they will not fit without taking parts off. Most important, Judy was amazing!!

ALEXIS FBetter customer service is needed from Judith. Everytime I go to rent a truck at the No hurts truck rental location in Aston PA she is never happy. It’s like she has a problem with people reserving trucks. She needs to watch how she talks to people. “You get what I give you” should never be said to a customer or making it our problem that you have to do your job is CRAZY! For as long as I have been going to this location spending my back breaking hard earned money putting up with her poor attitude, I most likely will be finding another location to start going to. We are the paying customers, not her. If we make a request, I think it should be honored. Doesn’t the customer always come first?!?!? Not being displayed here at this location!
