Cindy FI returned the truck on June 10, 2026, at approximately 8:40 PM. Immediately after returning the vehicle, I sent a text message to the destination U-Haul location advising that the truck had been returned, that the hand truck and moving blankets had been secured in the rear cargo area, and that the key had been left on the keychain in accordance with the return instructions. Because I was not charged for the lock, I also returned the lock with the vehicle. I have retained copies of all text messages related to the return. In addition, I possess time-stamped photographs showing that the truck was returned on June 10, 2026, and in substantially the same condition in which it was rented. I also fully complied with all return procedures required by the U-Haul mobile application, including taking and submitting the requested photographs. Further, I reviewed and followed the written instructions posted at the destination location. Despite this, the destination location charged me for an additional rental day and an additional day of insurance coverage. The destination location's records apparently indicate that the truck was not returned until approximately 8:40 AM on June 11, 2026. However, even if that assertion were accurate, my rental agreement clearly states that the vehicle was not due until 10:00 AM on June 11, 2026. Accordingly, there was no contractual basis for assessing either an additional rental day or additional insurance charges. The facts are straightforward: the truck was returned before the contractual due date and time, and the charges assessed against my account are inconsistent with the terms of the rental agreement. I respectfully request that this matter be corrected immediately and that all improperly charged amounts be refunded. U-Haul had no contractual right to debit these additional funds from my bank account. I am also deeply concerned because I believe a prior rental transaction involving this same location may have been mishandled as well, whether intentionally or otherwise. While I am not making any accusation of wrongdoing at this time, the circumstances surrounding this rental have caused me significant concern regarding the accuracy of this location's return-processing procedures. If U-Haul can demonstrate that my documentation and evidence are insufficient to establish the facts set forth above, I am willing to consider that information. Likewise, if U-Haul acknowledges the error, promptly issues the appropriate refunds, and confirms that this was a bona fide administrative mistake rather than an intentional act, I will gladly withdraw my negative rating and replace it with a rating that accurately reflects the overall rental experience, including the excellent service I received at the pickup location.

Eddie HI checked the odometer and it read 134,336 when i pulled off the lot and I returned it at 134,366 for a same local day rental. The final invoice showed the odometer out at 134,334 so I was charged for extra miles. Not that much, but still not right.
Randolph HThe toy hauler was not present at the location. Fortunately Judy, the No Hurts employee, noticed this the day before my pickup. She had to call a guy in on his day off to go to North Philly to get the trailer. Judy is amazing! I had traveled 800 miles to pick up a vehicle and absolutely didn’t plan to drive home empty handed. If not for her dogged commitment to the customer and her willingness to monitor her phone 24/7 my trip would have been a bust. She is a real gem.

Garrick WMedia 19063 location is 5 star excellent and has tremendous customer service. Crum Lynne is ghetto (only in my personal opinion from past experiences) and also most definitely in OSHA violation.
