I checked the odometer and it read 134,336 when i pulled off the lot and I returned it at 134,366 for a same local day rental. The final invoice showed the odometer out at 134,334 so I was charged for extra miles. Not that much, but still not right.
Randolph HThe toy hauler was not present at the location. Fortunately Judy, the No Hurts employee, noticed this the day before my pickup. She had to call a guy in on his day off to go to North Philly to get the trailer. Judy is amazing! I had traveled 800 miles to pick up a vehicle and absolutely didn’t plan to drive home empty handed. If not for her dogged commitment to the customer and her willingness to monitor her phone 24/7 my trip would have been a bust. She is a real gem.
