Couldn’t get code upon pick up. No one there to help. We booked over a week out to Melrose Park Location to be moved. Spent unnecessary time calling help desk with no success
Michael PThe rear door will not open. I end up not using the truck and instead of you guys finding a solution for my situation asap, I was told that my issue will be resolved in 72hrs. I ended up not picking up my furniture.
IVAN CNo one answered the door. I had requested counter service and was told I could still do it at this location but no one received me. I called the location and they said due to the holiday, they would not be back until noon but I had a 9am pick up. Changing to mobile pick up with difficult and frustrating since it was already my pick up time. The truck was not parked in the parking spot listed.
ANDREW JThis was not my first choice for pick up but my equipment wasn't available at my preferred location. The gentlemen that assisted me were very friendly and helpful; however it took 30 minutes to get checked out. The moving supplies I had purchased at the time of my reservation were not available at the pick up location so I had to drive the truck to my original location. I did get an additional 30 miles on my rental to cover the additional driving. While the truck was clean and ran well, the cab smelled very musty. Since it was the only truck available, I had to take it and drive with the windows down to abate the odor.
