Hard to find but the guy working was helpful
Toni NCouldn’t get code upon pick up. No one there to help. We booked over a week out to Melrose Park Location to be moved. Spent unnecessary time calling help desk with no success
Michael PThe rear door will not open. I end up not using the truck and instead of you guys finding a solution for my situation asap, I was told that my issue will be resolved in 72hrs. I ended up not picking up my furniture.
IVAN CNo one answered the door. I had requested counter service and was told I could still do it at this location but no one received me. I called the location and they said due to the holiday, they would not be back until noon but I had a 9am pick up. Changing to mobile pick up with difficult and frustrating since it was already my pick up time. The truck was not parked in the parking spot listed.
