The women who worked the front desk today was great. Whoever was training her though was very rude. He had a know it all attitude with combative customer service skills. Maybe he was just having a bad day or something but i would recommend trying to treat the customers with some amount of respect. Because without them obviously you have no job. I would go back to this location because the equipment was great. But next time I will just try to do everything i can virtually without having to deal with the management as much as possible.

Sales person/owner openly stated they did not understand the Uhaul insurance and buy-up options. Their ignorance lead to me spending unneeded extra money to 1. placate the sales person and 2. to cease them from soliciting my opinion an interpretation of the materials any further. I think that the inside of the trailer was clean, however there was lots of blue painters tape seen taped to the walls when we went to load it. Not sure where that came from because the process took so much time as a result of the sales person's rambling on about insurance misunderstandings I don't recall the inspection prior to leaving.

Truck should have air added to all tires before the customer comes to pick up. Very strange I was told I could not park in the parking lot for 30 minutes so that I could drive the uhaul home and then Uber back.

When we arrived, the truck was not loaded and the owner doesn’t know how to use the U-Haul app so check in was prolonged. We also tried calling several times over the course of a day and a half and never got a call back nor response. I would recommend a different location.

Arrived for my noon self checkout only to have the employee say that his location does. It accept self checkout and he is going to lunch! He said “they” scheduled my pickup on purpose during his lunch break. After going back and forth he then says oh wait, today is Tuesday so Zi ho to lunch at 1:00. Interior of van was clean. Exterior was not. Windshield was tough to see out of. The entire experience was awful!

The main employee there was training a new guy, so because of that he did t have my truck ready by 10am, it was more like 10:30 by the time he handed over the keys. Also, what was most confusing and upsetting was that i told him, I didn't care if the truck box wasn't swept out or if the moving blankets were folded or just thrown in. He made me wait there, losing time and valuable money (I had a whole paid-for crew wait8ng for me to be there but I was 30 mins late which cost me an extra $200 for the moving crew of 6 others. For me the time was the most important thing, but he insisted that I wait until he finished prepping the truck. I mean, I appreciate his drive to be thorough but he sure didn't listen or go with my needs, the needs of the customer, which coted me more than the truck rental. 🤔 I will never be using this location or this company again for my moves.

The operator there when we arrived was rude and unfriendly. was not kind when speaking and was cold when hooking up equipment. Was not inside of the office and took a while to get a hold of him to know where to go to hook up equipment. the paperwork process was smooth however and the dolly look cared for.

Correlate the website hours with actual store hours. U-haul software is difficult to manage. Location sharing via the website in order to return the truck did not work. Scanning my ID also did not work when I picked up the van. Aside from that, the van drove fine and the customer service was solid.

The employee working was very rushed, and as a result was a bit short with customers. The checkout process took almost an hour and a half. I had to wait 30 min to even get started. This all happened after the pickup location got moved.

When i picked up the truck the gas was at3/8 of a t ank as soon as i pulled out to the street it showed a 1/4 tank i agreed on 3/8.. so thats what i agreed on and thats what i filled it back to..pz check this out i only went aprox..15 miles it cost for gas10 .. all went well thanks...

Personnel was quickly able to identify me even though I was a day early. He was very helpful educating me in the protocols of U-Haul.in a nice fashion for future use. I will be doing 5-6 trailer trips and will request return there every time.

Cell service didn’t allow self check in, wait time was over an hour to pick up reserved self serve do to service and upon dropping truck off it is located next to a sketchy motel or what appears to be a hotel and we were approached by people asking for money. Even cell provided by No Limits was not working and we didn’t feel comfortable having to provide answers to all the questions while being watched by homeless people. We just wanted to drop the U-Haul and go.

The truck was new and ran wonderfully. There is no customer parking on site but there is off-street parking nearby. The only downside was the location was not staffed at drop off, at 3pm on a Friday. The app was REQUIRED to do the check-in and takes a minute to take all of the pictures.

Being charged an additional $38, when the truck was returned early, with more gas than I took it, and under projected mileage is unacceptable!! I have reached out to the location with nobody responding!! The check in process was a nightmare, thank God Sean was there to help. Could have done without the negative comments about having to change the reservations time; moves don't always go to plan. The truck ran VERY VERY ROUGH, and sounded like it was going to explode!! Only took it 30 miles too!! WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE, EVER!!!! AM DISPUTING ADDITIONAL CHARGES!! RIDICULOUS!!! Borderline THEFT really!!!

We picked up on a Saturday, usually a busy day for uhual. We were the only people there until another man came to check in too. Instead of processing 1 at a time, we about doubled our wait time by the employee attempting to check us both in at the same time. It was confusing, and took longer/ate into our overall rental time by 40 minutes. Customer service in general was terrible. The employee helping us was short and rude throughout check in, and even demanding about the return process for when we brought the truck back. We felt like we were a total inconvenience to this employee. We will drive an extra 30 minutes out of the way next time for friendlier and better service at the south college location. I can’t believe how rude this man was not only to us, but the other customer he was helping at the same time as well. The truck was clean which was great, but 0/5 would recommend, especially with another uhual in town.

Location was convenient for us, but there is zero help and the check in online is cumbersome and slow due to poor cellular service. Be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes on the app to try to get your truck.

Picking up the truck was painful. The worker stated he was experiencing internet issues which resulted me having to do it on my phone. I didn’t have great reception and he prompted me to walk around the parking lot to find better cell service. Once cell service was better, the Uhaul website needed me to verify that I was not a robot with 7 attempts. Finally, I’m getting the ball moving and the employee stated I needed to put down a person for a reference check. He never mentioned that uhaul would need to contact this person in order to move forward with the reservation. I put my wife down as the contact who’s a 911 dispatcher who was at work. If I would have known the requirement for contact, I would have easily put someone else. Meanwhile, the employee was short and inpatient and made it seem like it was my fault for picking someone who wouldn’t answer their phone. The employee also ranted how he felt like he was being used by uhaul and under paid with extremely negative comments toward uhaul which I thought was extremely unprofessional. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Uhaul and will easily be taking my business elsewhere.

Allow or at least communicate before there is no customer parking- which is not clear. Have the moving pads loaded in the truck- how was I supposed to get the pads I reserved out of the locked office? But no- I had to spend over 80 bucks on Uber to not rack up miles on the Uhaul to move my car and get the pads that should have been in the truck to begin with. Truck was beat up, busted fender- lots of damage. Also the truck share was a complete pain

By far, the worst franchise/office, for a company, I have ever experienced. I picked up my rental van 8/18/23. I tried doing it via the app and it wouldn't allow me to do it. I went to the office and was told by the employee, who was on the phone, to "wait outside" and she would call me in when she was ready for me. After doing the reservation manually, and adding 20 minutes to the process, I mentioned that I’d return the van that evening. A male employee, Shawn, who I later found out is the owner, told me that if my carrier is Verizon, I wouldn’t be able to do the return via my phone because of poor cell service. He told me he’d send me a text with instructions on how to retrieve one of their phones, that he’d leave in a storage shed. I was told that I couldn't leave my car on site and that I needed to park it on the street, near a hotel. This is not a nice part of town and I was not happy about this arrangement. It forced me to make my return earlier because I didn't want to get back when it was dark. When I was 20 minutes away, I sent him a text that I needed the instructions on accessing the shed. He sent a curt response telling me to "fill the van up with gas" and "park it on the south side" of the building, or he would "charge" me. I asked again about the shed and he told me to read his “text”. I didn’t get any sort of text with a link, or directions. I arrived at the site, parked the van on the side of the building he told me to and took pictures because all the spots were full and I had to pull it up against a fence. Another customer pulled in after me. I asked her if she had the instructions on accessing the shed. She didn’t. So she sent him a text asking where she should park and for access to the shed. Within 5 minutes Shawn shows up and starts yelling at us about being “incompetent”, and not knowing how to “follow directions”. We both showed him our phones and that neither of us received any sort of text with directions, links or lock combinations. He then said that we both, 2 Customers that didn’t know each other, were “fucking conspiring against him to make him come to the office after hours.” He called us "liars" and "idiots". He was screaming at us to give him the keys to the vehicles so he could find room to park them. When I moved my personal vehicle to make room for him, I pulled it against a curb, he told me to “park it in a spot, like a normal person”. Had the other customer not been there, I would have called the police for the aggressive way he was acting and making it impossible for me to return the rental. The fact I spent close to $150 infuriates me. I wouldn’t rent from this place if the rental was free. They have a letter on their wall stating they are in the top 100 offices for U-Haul. U-Haul needs to reconsider that accolade. Don’t waste your money renting from this place.

The customer service at this place was atrocious. There was no clear instructions as to how to check back in the vehicle after hours. We were promised a text explaining it, and never received it. When the manager came, he yelled at us. There was no place to park the cars and he seem to be frustrated at us about that. He accused us of having some conspiracy for not receiving his texts. He literally saw one of his texts show up on my phone and asked me when that showed up. He watched it come in the same time I did. I was charged more the next day, and when I called to verify out what the charge was for they could not verify what the charge was for. They guessed and told me they had to go. This was a terrible experience for me. My sister witnessed everything and we were astonished at the terrible behavior exhibited. I would definitely not go to this location. Or possibly any U-Haul if this is the level of customer service received.

This is the second time I have used this Uhaul location. First time was in 5/12/23. The staff was super efficient and we were in and out in minutes filling out all paperwork. This second time was a different experience. We arrived 10 minutes early from our stated pick-up time. Our rental van was not cleaned and ready for rental and the paperwork did not go smoothly at all. It took 35 minutes to get into the rental, which of course would cut into our rental time. The staff member (who was trying really hard) had only been working there 4 days but another guy was there creating so much chaos. I will try other locations next time. I have to rent a Uhaul 2 times a year for the next few years moving my student in and out of CSU. I will try some place else next time.

The Manager behaved like a wannabe Drill Sergeant, and I was one of his new recruits. I’ve rented vehicles multiple times, I’m 65 years old, and I don’t permit this kind of behavior. I would have walked out if I didn’t already have a pre-arranged need for the truck. I told my story to a guy in Loveland, and he knew of the Manager. He said that the guy keeps belongings left in the vehicles, and then he sells them online. That fits.

The customer service from 1415 N College Ave Ste 4 Fort Collins CO 80524 was great. I do not have give them a bad score. However, I will never use uhaul again. This was easily my worst moving experience ever. The app kicking me back, then having to wait until the store opened only to find out the reservation was cancelled. This is unacceptable! I had to get all of our belongings out of our old apartment by 5pm for cleaners to start their work. Luckily they were understanding and we were able to get them started cleaning in the back while we continued to load the truck. Unfortunately this push us to keep the truck longer than 12 hours.

The man that runs this store is rude and crazy. He screams at customers, is completely unreasonable and OCD. I'm very sorry if this guy is disabled but he is not a good representative of your company. Additionally, UHaul switchefd me over to the APP, which sucks. It is hung up over and over again. It is not intuitive AT ALL. What are the two things we do at UHaul??? >>>>>>>>>>>PICK UP and DROP OFF. TRY putting that on the home screen. dah! This is, bar none, the WORST UHaul rental I have every had and I have rented manybe 25 times.

Reserved for 2 hours. Clock started ticking at the time of reservation - took me 30 min to fill in the forms, get the lock to work to get key (unstaffed location). Reservation should start when you get the key or have clearer instructions to make the renter aware of the time to "self serve".

Cab floors were muddy and strewn with dog hair(I have photos). U-Haul vendor would not provide a printed contract, stating, “I don’t have WIFI.” Vendor required that transaction be completed on his cell phone. I had no other options that would allow me to walk away from this transaction. I trusted the U-Haul web site, and this is what I got. No limit services should be removed from your list of rental agencies! Feel free to contact me on this issue.

Did not like online/app pick-up of vehicle. Process seemed uncertain and depended on mobile data network. Would prefer to be redirected to a location where in-person pick-up/drop-off is available. I'm still not sure how the drop off process went.

The customer service, Shawn, Shane, I don't know the real name, seemed surprised when I asked if the gear was near the steering wheel. My question seemed confusing and odd to him, while it is a simple question because I don't know where this is located since I just knew the car I have the gear was at the car's center (automatic). He kept saying that was an odd question (why that should be odd, you are asked and answered accordingly!!!!). Honestly, I felt offended, but never mind, probably not using this service anymore!

I reserved a rental for a pickup and I spoke with online chat to ensure I could use it for towing a small trailer. And online chat verified I could. When I got to the dealer location I signed for the truck but before I could leave the parking lit they came out and put a lock on it so I could not tow. When I told them that I specifically rented for towing they said that dealer says you cannot no matter what U-haul said. He even called U-haul they told him it was ok he still refused. And then forced me into an upgrade that I had to accept in order to accomplish what I needed to do that day. It took almost 2 hrs to get on the road with a rental. So I was late returning because of that and paid a $20 late fee.

I was told that I had a 2 day rental when I picked it up in Colorado Springs. The unit had a little over an 1/8 th of a tank of fuel. I did not know how much fuel the truck would take to make it to Fort Collins so I placed $50 in the tank and used half of that fuel I assumed I was going to be reimbursed for the fuel I did not use and the extra day that I did not need the truck…. BUT instead I got a $20 bill for turning the truck in after hours and no reimbursement for the fuel of the extra day…. I find it shitty that you would have charged me if I was late on my return or if the fuel was not at the correct level but why the penalty… for turning it in at 9pm when no one was there no extra work was done and you got extra fuel and a whole extra day you could rent it out and make more profit…. To recommend a company that is un fair is not in me sorry…. I will be letting all my friends know how excite you have to be even if you give more and do more they still charge extra instead of reimbursing for the early delivery and more gas……should of kept the truck for a whole extra day and turned it in before 5 pm on the 2nd day I would have saved 20$…….

No Limits had hours until 7 pm, but when I arrived at 6:30 pm, they were already closed. Thankful for the after-hours return process, which saved me time and gas as I live an hour from the return point and would have to make a special trip.
