Sandeep KI booked a U-Haul about a week in advance near Sheridan College. When I went to pick up the truck, they changed the location on me, which was very frustrating. Then they charged me extra mileage. After that, I was given a different pickup location, and the guy there told me it was his personal truck and that he wanted it dropped off at a different location. This was honestly very poor customer service.

LE-DIEM HThey gave me the broken car, I rented it for 1 day, but I couldn't use it and left it back after 3 hours. They told me they would refund me, they have been teasing me for days and they don't.
HAMIT BWhen I booked, it was for 12:00 PM. When I reached for pickup, I was made to wait for 1 hour and my booking was transferred to 6 PM. When I reached at 6 PM, I again had to wait for 1 hour and I got the train 1 hour late, due to which I faced a lot of trouble.
