The location is nothing but dirt driveway, keys are chained to a tree. There is absolutely zero customer service, no signage to indicate how or where to check in. I was completely in the dark and just assumed the closest available. Truck was mine. When I returned the vehicle,same situation and when I called on the phone, I felt like I was calling a drug dealer and not at all comfortable with the process. When my bill arrived, things are wrong on it and so far no response on correcting the wrong items. I will never use this location again, and my faith in U-Haul has been shaken significantly.

Jose RIt was very bumpy getting in and out of the location, but besides that it was a wonderful experience.
Shelbi LGetting started was a bit confusing since the location that was in the app was different from what I was getting in Apple Maps. I had to drive a couple minutes down the road for UHaul to recognize the location for me to get access to my rental and there was low cellular service, which made the process take a while. However, the location itself was easy to navigate and my rental was in good condition. Just be aware of getting stuck in soft dirt spots.

Darlene MLocation is confusing which delays your reservation time, instructions should be more clear and it would make sense to have the check in location where the truck is.. U-Haul check engine was on so thankfully I didn’t have to drive a long distance.

Isaiah RThief's....I've learned my lesson from uhauls in the past. I took pictures of the fuel gauge before and after I was done....and I was charged almost $30 for gas...this wasn't a accident or misunderstanding ...I actually put more gas then I needed to....I was sent a final bill showing I used 1/4 tank of gas for 19 miles ya that's not adding up...I absolutely put gas in in and have pics which I'm not letting this go...gonna look Into this as I think it's fraud....not this time

Luckily I only needed the furniture to stay inside the trailer 1 night and could air it out for a couple days once it reached the destination. My fault for not opening the trailer before leaving to check the inside condition, ironic because I always check. It was about to start raining so I didn’t.

Raul CI will say that the Uhaul is outdated. I felt I was over charged. Knowing the area I did have to apply something with damage protection knowing the construction. The truck is way out dated. It does need to have a back up camera for one and the seating is very uncomfortable. I also spent time cleaning in the truck and did not get the 25$ credit I was expecting. Not real happy with the experience. I just wish they were maintained better. A reverse camera is a must especially for safety reasoning.
