It was a little difficult to find the location. But overall a simple process. Gary was very helpful in the pickup process. He worked well with multiple people asking him questions.

I do not like the self service locations, didn't realize this was one of them. Someone else took my truck and my dolly so I went from renting a 10ft truck to getting a 20ft truck. U-Haul gave me a credit but honestly my time was worth more than the credit they gave me.
