Truck was a piece of junk. Filthy inside with someone’s exploded soft drink on the ceiling and back wall. You couldn’t touch anything without your hands being dirty. The truck was very loud. It sounded and felt like the transmission was grinding.

We came after hours to drop off the truck. There are no signs near the road to indicate this is where we need to pull in. There were no spots left to park at all. Checkout process was also lengthy and inconvenient.

nancy pThis location is on a lot that is covered in dirt. The owner was not on location so we had to wait until they arrived. The systems were down so they couldn’t process my payment at that moment. Once they were able to charge my card, it went through 3 times as Pending. They also didn’t have a dolly available even though I reserved one. The only good thing from this location is that they didn’t have the 20’ truck available so they offered the 26’ truck for no additional charge.
