No people. Just a drop off area and a key drop.

The truck was ready and the pickup process was moderately easy, the major issue was there was zero equipment that I reserved. No dolly, no appliance dolly, no blankets. I had to drive almost an hour to pick up the equipment that should have been there in the first place. Furthermore, that added to the amount of fuel I used and had to refill.

Engine light was reset at pick-up and i was told it was an "O2 sensor" fault, and they had reset this issue recently. The light came back on 40 miles into the trip. I went through over 1.5 tanks of gas(30+gallons?) In 350 miles. I understand its a truck, but we had less than 400 pounds of furniture. This should have been a max of 1 tank. I calculated the fuel at 6mpg. I would expect that from a fully loaded 26ft truck. Not this one. That issue should have been fixed the first time they saw this light.

You guys need a cell phone holder on dash. Most people use there phone app to get to location.

The guy did a complete walk around and also explained the procedure for drop off and if we had any extra charges very helpful .

Business was not open upon arrival at 10:00 am during the weekday, and employee that showed up acted uninformed and unconcerned about the return of the equipment or with supplying a legitimate return inspection or receipt. Upon calling u-haul to return the equipment by phone, the representative was barely helpful and and acted confused by the situation and how to provide me with a solution to rectify the situation. I spent approximately 35 minutes just trying to return the rented vehicle and equipment. I have rented u-haul equipment many times and spent many thousands of dollars over the years utilizing u-haul equipment, and makes me concerned that u-haul standards are diminishing. The truck however was absolutely a 6 out of 5. The return service and experience a 0-5….

Our experience was terrible. The pick up was delayed by over an hour while I waited on Uhaul to approve my documents to rent the truck. Then when I called customer service they placed me on hold multiple times after multiple transfers.. customer service was terrible. Would not recommend

Everything was fine except the online reservation system changed my reservation. Need up going having 3 different locations before I could find a truck I needed.

the app would not pull up my reservation. fix your app the website is cumbersome but at least it worked. the original location did not allow for my pickup outside of working ours. my reservation was at 630 am. they did not open until 9am. appartently they did not set the reservation up correctly. had to call in a third time to get my reservation straightened out at a new location. also, customer service was rude and abrupt with the exception of my last rep, laura. finally, there was no ramp. i had to hand load the truck. there should be a warning. im only giving 2 stars because the truck was clean and ran. everything else was garbage.

People at Noble auto sales went above and beyond helping me check in and return the truck. They were very polite and helpful making sure I had everything I needed. I rented the truck the day after Thanksgiving witch is always a major hassle. They were opened on time and everything went smoothly both check and on return as I am not skilled with computers. Would highly recommend them.

I was charged for nearly 500 dollars of damage that wasn't there when I turned the vehicle in. The corporate customer service and the insurance I purchased were no help.

Office didn't open up until 10 am. Was told by UHaul Registration to pickup at 9:30 am. Worried about getting truck on time, but it was received okay.

I was lied too! My pick up time was at 10 the owner of the dealership was an hour late to work, then told me he will not charge me for going over my 10 mile in the city limit due to loosing an hour I paid for. Then charged me for all my miles and screwed me over!

Google said the drop off location was open at 10 am. When I arrived I called the number for the location and was sent to a voicemail. I had to figure out on my own where and how to drop off the uhaul by using the process online (which doesn't work well with cell phones). The drop off facility had poor signage and visibility from the road and had no other Uhauls on the lot to determine where to park it or even if I was at the right place! I will never again use Uhaul or refer to anyone! Budget or Penske next time!
