I recently picked up a U-Haul from this location, which is supposed to be a mechanical shop, but it was nothing close to a functioning business. The entire place was a mess — junk and debris were scattered everywhere, and it looked more like a dump site than a legitimate operation. To make matters worse, there was a large unrestrained dog on the property that attacked me as soon as I walked in. This was extremely unsafe and completely unacceptable. Although I had reserved an appliance dolly, they couldn’t provide one because they were apparently using the U-Haul dolly themselves for truck repairs in their shop. When I returned the vehicle, the attendant refused to give me a receipt, saying, “I’ll do it when I do it,” and basically told me to leave the property. This location is unsafe, unprofessional, and does not represent U-Haul’s standards in any way. I strongly recommend that customers avoid this place entirely, and I urge U-Haul to end its partnership with this business for its own reputation and customers’ safety.

1st 15’ truck van assigned but had a dead battery and would not start due to past renter leaving lights on. 2nd truck assigned started right up, but interior of truck body was quite dirty, was clearly not cleaned out by previous renter. But Closeness of rental location to where I needed to use the truck far outweighed any inconvenience of left over moving trash left in truck interior. Upon returning, just used a battery leaf blower to completely blow out the truck cab and full body interior, leaving it very clean for next renter. Would still recommend location for rental to friend.

I was cursed at and the owner got upset that I followed instructions on returning vehicle. Owner of shop told me "fuck your paperwork" in front of my 7 year old. I will never go to this location ever again.

The truck was new, clean and ready for use. The rental process was easy. I suggest calling ahead to speak with the representative and confirm availability. Norcal Muffler was my second choice since my first choice did not have a vehicle when I needed it. Thank you Norcal Muffler.

Pick up and drop off was inconvenient. The owner of the location from where I picked it up wasn’t helpful when I told him the gas tank wasn’t matching the you guys had in your system. He said to talk to someone when I drop it off but noo one was there when I dropped it off and I had to pay a extra $40 that the guy said I wouldn’t t have to pay

Bill is wrong, your location people cheat on invoice and contract... no one treats customer fairly points other uhaul dealer for mistakes
