No transparency upon picking up and had to wait for person to return from a 15min run to the store (so we were told) but waited more than half an hour. They didn't give us any paperwork, ask us to check the gas tank nor reminded us to fill up. Nothing like the Will's location nor any other location I have ever dealt with. They totally over charged us but no paperwork to be able to claim anything.:(:( Will never use this facility again.

LINDEN CI recently picked up a U-Haul from this location, which is supposed to be a mechanical shop, but it was nothing close to a functioning business. The entire place was a mess — junk and debris were scattered everywhere, and it looked more like a dump site than a legitimate operation. To make matters worse, there was a large unrestrained dog on the property that attacked me as soon as I walked in. This was extremely unsafe and completely unacceptable. Although I had reserved an appliance dolly, they couldn’t provide one because they were apparently using the U-Haul dolly themselves for truck repairs in their shop. When I returned the vehicle, the attendant refused to give me a receipt, saying, “I’ll do it when I do it,” and basically told me to leave the property. This location is unsafe, unprofessional, and does not represent U-Haul’s standards in any way. I strongly recommend that customers avoid this place entirely, and I urge U-Haul to end its partnership with this business for its own reputation and customers’ safety.
Arash K1st 15’ truck van assigned but had a dead battery and would not start due to past renter leaving lights on. 2nd truck assigned started right up, but interior of truck body was quite dirty, was clearly not cleaned out by previous renter. But Closeness of rental location to where I needed to use the truck far outweighed any inconvenience of left over moving trash left in truck interior. Upon returning, just used a battery leaf blower to completely blow out the truck cab and full body interior, leaving it very clean for next renter. Would still recommend location for rental to friend.
