Everything in Tennessee was good and professional. My contact in VA didn't know the area, tried to send me to VA Beach to pick up. Sean at Warwick put myself and travels on the road in danger. Telling me it was my responsibility to hook up the car trolley. He did hook up straps but not chains, I arrived back to Hampton with 1 strap hauling my car and no chains. I had to take my car to the Mercury blvd location the next morning and Michael helped get me on the road. These lazy careless actions could have been deadly. Cynthia A Troisi

Marvin KThe U-Haul app was NOT smooth. It stuck multiple times. I wasn’t sure if the equipment was actually returned. Luckily, the dealer made sure for me…they were open till 6:00 p.m. I started using the app, because I thought they closed at 5:00 p.m.
Aaron REasy to find. Gas station across street for refill very helpful. Crowded parking area. Self check out has many detailed instructions. Allow at least 15 mins to self check out. Otherwise Uhaul was great!
Eddie FUhaul corporation please update your reservation software. It’s as slow now as it was 10 years ago. What’s up with you. Why does a company your size have such poor software? Please do something in 2023 , customers and dealers are frustrated how slow it operates.

Christopher AThere was an issue with the rubber door cover. It is very loose and dropping down. It was like that, but it may need to be glued. Other than that everything was great. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
RHONDA CMy initial reservation was made for a trailer to be picked up at a place called Truck Town in Cleveland, TN. I arrived on time to Truck Town the next morning just to discover that there was no one at the Truck Town location and it didn't look like they had a trailer available. I checked the reservation and it seemed like someone had canceled it without me having been notified. I didn't have the patience to wait for customer service to help or try to reserve online again, so I just traveled out of my way to Norris Towing for the trailer rental at the counter and had no issues whatsoever. Quick and easy in and out with outstanding customer service.
