James KThe trailer traveled outstandingly smooth. All of the representatives I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful (which is normal for Tennessee). The only problem I encountered was the ratchet handles - They were rusted and very hard to operate.
Richard HI ended up wasting the first 30 minutes of my time with the u haul because when the app asked for pictures, bc I paid 15 extra for warranty on the U-Haul, every single picture I took, the app would not accept it. Even when I lined it up perfectly with the guide. Made me late picking up some furniture..And then basically had to skip the photo process just to be told since my photos aren’t uploaded that I’m responsible for all damages? Please work on your app.
