I paid for a dolly and it wasn't present at pickup. I had to wait 2.5 hours for uhaul to open, call, and then was told there were no dollies at that location. I was sent across town to pick up a different one. Very inconvenient in the middle of moving day.

Process of picking up truck was unclear. App would constantly cycle through old menus without clearly stating what the expectations were.

Also the radio didn’t work, again not a big deal since I was driving a short way but it would start beeping and changing modes or flashing the clock randomly, it was distracting.

He also didn't mention that when I rented it at 430 it would need to be returned 3 hours later which I was notified by text after I left the store. Then was harassed to bring it back the next morning and instead of telling me I was being charged another day anyways and to just bring it back by 8. I was made to believe I was only being charged 1 day if it was back before noon. Which wasn't the case. Then I got gas 3/4 of a tank but the parking spot to return is on a hill. And now I'm being charged $118.

Natasha LI only drove it 11 miles and it cost $20 in gas to bring it back up to where it was when I got it. That seems really off. It was only a 10 ft truck and gas was around $4.15 a gallon. Does this truck honestly only get 2 mpg? That's crazy.
Jacqueline WThe inside driving’s area looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time I could of written in the dust . There was dried snot on the pad of the steering wheel which I cleaned off with Clorox wipes and showed a picture on my rental return to the counter person. The passenger side mirror wouldn’t stay adjusted for driving which was dangerous so I got an alyn wrench and fixed the mirror for the time I needed the truck and let the counter person know. I would not rent a haul again poor experience. Also when I was given the inspection linq I couldn’t complete the form because it said the linq had expired.
Georgina ZDisappointed with my fuel surcharge knowing I left the tank more full than I picked it up. Nothing I could do given it was all done via the app. Pictures proved it too but I was still charged a fuel fee.
Andrew EMake the whole process easier. We arrived 10 minutes early to pick up the truck like we were told to do just to get the check out process started. We didn’t actually check out the truck until 40 minutes had passed and two different customer service associates helped us, both of them were extremely helpful.
Aaron WThe online rental return, you may want to let customers know the procedure and what is involved ahead of time because I locked the vehicle and turned in the keys before I saw it involved getting the mileage and taking pictures inside the box.
Michael TStreamline the check-in/out process. Seemed like a lot of repeating, and no indicator of what to expect during the process. Had to enter my card info twice. Should have been able to enter photo ID when I reserved to save time and aggravation at the pick-up.
