JAMES BThe actual U-Haul was great! Only thing that bothered me was the pick up process on the app wasn’t working. I couldn’t submit my photos. When I called customer service they hung up on me instead of helping.
Peighton MShelby was wonderful. I was in an emergency dangerous living situation and my mover was in an ER in LA. She was awesome, reserved the truck and referred me to movers (labor) only. Not only was I rescued but 2/3 of my possessions were. Am grateful! Highly recommend. Shelby cares, is professional and empathetic
