The dealer was good, very helpful. He lent me his 2” hitch because the person I spoke with when renting the trailer never mentioned anything about the hitch. I assumed one would come with the rental.

JONATHAN EI handed the Uhaul truck during business hours. Person was not trained enough to do the final billing. Next day, I was overcharged as the odometer was in kms and location treated it as miles. I have escalated the matter to Uhaul customer support.
