When I called to confirm my truck which was never confirmed you guys (Uhaul not tempo) stated 24' trucks weren't available in this area and gave me a 20' truck. Of course as I stated on the phone this truck was to small and we had to do multiple extra trips with our other vehicles but not only that I drive by the other location which I mentioned seeing a 24' truck at and it sat there all day!!
