I didn't know where I could drop the U-Haul off at at the time of pickup. The guy in store said no problem. The app wouldn't let me select North battleford as the drop off location and it defaulted back to the esso in Lloydminster. But then I got a text from some Mo guy telling me it had to be brought back to Lloydminster by 7am. Which I couldn't make happen. I was then charged 350$ for improper drop off spot. I guess me being the customer I should have made it clearer I wouldn't be bringing it to Lloydminster for drop off. I would still recommend this place for uhauls in Lloydminster though. Truck was clean and well maintained.

Judd RThe dealer was good, very helpful. He lent me his 2” hitch because the person I spoke with when renting the trailer never mentioned anything about the hitch. I assumed one would come with the rental.
