The location wasn't open even though it was a Friday morning. The self service sucked, because the lock was stuck, we ended up picking our truck up an hour late because of it. The return process was a pain, because you have to take pictures of multiple things, and the website wasn't working properly. It took me back to the very beginning of the whole process twice. Basically, I doubt I'd use this service again, unless there are actually people present to help.Jessica G.

The truck was BEHIND the building, out of site. We had to call support to find it. The combination lock was VERY hard to open.Angela F.
My whole experience was a poor choice please pick another company. I was charged an extra 100.$ when I went to pick up because the lady on the phone said I could pay cash at location which was not the case. It took me over 1 1/2 hours to pick up because the 800 number set 4 people for the same time spot. Then when we got at the other in I had too pay $200 for free storage on a one way rental that was supposed to be free. Run away fast from uhaul. Don't waste your time. Go some where better even if it cost more....Kimberly M.
Originally picked an open location and was forced to change to a closed location and to use online pick up. We were told they didn't have 15' truck and uhaul changed fir us to have a 20' and when got to location it was a 15' truck. Asked for moving pads and charges for them but never recieved them. At the pick up location, we were told to pick it up on the east side of building and was on west side of building. Had to call costomer service 3 different times as the online pick up was denying stuff and customer service was no help. We were charged for the 15' truck and moving pads which we never recieved. We spent 45mins dealing with the truck pick up when they claim it is convienent. It was not and it was more time consuming than if we had actually talked to a person on location.Tamera T.
it took an hour and a half to complete self check in because the app kept running us in circles. This is because the main driver just renewed his drivers licences and only had the paper version provided by the DMV while waiting for the plastic card to arrive in the mail. The uploaded picture of the paper version was rejected but the site didn't redirect us to change the driver and upload another license. We had to make 2 calls to UHaul and finally just created a brand new reservation ourselves due to the waiting times on the phone. The whole thing was a mess.Emilie B.

Me and the Asian specifically talked about the insurance that I did not want it. I called my insurance agent he said I was covered for everything except if the truck was out of use I could be charged for that so I chose not to have the insurance and they charge me $14 anyway. The agent Iowa City explain to me that he could not refund me the money since they didn't write the contract there. If you need $14 that bad I will go to Penske or Ryder in the future thank you bad bad experienceEdward O.
Clean the floors on the inside of trailers. Customers should be responsible to sweep, but the store employees should be responsible to mop or sanitize the floors of the trailers. Some of my stuff is ruined with black oily stains.James C.
