Patrick SThis rental was a total nightmare. Original location was Georgen Auto in Manchester, IA. Tried the app pick-up and apparently they forgot to leave the keys. Called the U-Haul number, was on hold for 15 minutes, then transferred to Scheduling department to attempt to locate another nearby location with equipment. On hold for 20 minutes, that person couldn’t help and transferred me again. On hold another 15 minutes, and was sent to Dubuque, IA, which is about 40 miles away. Got there and received message that some equipment wasn’t available. Called again, and after about 20 minutes on hold, person noted the time had expired for the reservation, so reset that and I was finally able to pick up a vehicle about 3 hours later than expected. No complaints with North Central Auto location.
