Waited 45 min to get the truck cause the system was down or something so that was irritating, the app wasn’t working either. Then come Monday I have 4 charges pending from U-Haul I already spoke to someone about, idk if they will go through or not but will be annoying if they do. Marcus and the other kid are great, just the overall experience has sucked. Truck and blankets were fine.

TAMARA REQUIPMENT PICK-UP: Rented the U-Haul Motorcycle Trailer for nine days. Despite his lack of experience, Marcus was extremely helpful in getting me under way. The lack of tire pressure in both tires was a concern at pick-up. Each tire was 20 psi below the recommended pressure of 65 psi. EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE: The trailer performed well over the four days of actual use. EQUIPMENT DROP-OFF: Super easy. One of the employees immediately came out into the parking lot and began removing the trailer from my towing vehicle. RECOMMENDATIONS: It would be preferred to have a few motorcycle trailers to choose from at pick-up instead of just one. Would've preferred a Drop & Tow Automatic Coupler to the old-school Handwheel Coupler.
SCOTT SDennis helped us and was very nice. The store front was clean. The rental process was pretty simple. The only issue we had was the van was dirty, in the cab part, when we got it. It wasn’t a huge issue and we were on a schedule, so we took it as is. But it did make it a little tricky answering the return questions about cleanliness.

KAREN WOverall the trailer worked well. As far as tie downs there were not enough. The railings along the sides were almost useless. They could be made to have some tie downs. The safety cables seemed quite useless. If the tongue popped off it would hit the ground. The tires were in good shape and seemed very new. I (bought) (rented) one dozen pads. I didn't know i had to bring them back. There was no mention of this in the rental form. That must be mentioned. to eliminate any confusion.
