The online upselling pages are frustrating. I must have answered No to insurance at least three times and the end result at pickup still included insurance. Also, the page that asks for a photo of a "Doc" should clearly state Driver's License.

Kathryn PSuch great help and personal service. The customer care was impressive.
Anna FSuper easy pick up.
BRYAN WUnfortunately, I do not remember the name of the representative that helped me, but he was excellent. He made the reservation and hooked up the trailer and unhooked on return. I was in and out of there quickly and he was very friendly.
