KAREN WThe trailer we originally reserved had electrical issues and was the only one of that size available. We went with a truck instead. It was fine except it was really dirty inside (dust, cigarette ash) and smelled like cigarettes soooo much. Wasn't a deal breaker since it was a short in town trip, but a quick wipe down of the cab interior and an air freshener would have been nice. Overall it was fine. The guy that helped us was really nice and made everything quick and easy for us.
JOSEPH ROverall the trailer worked well. As far as tie downs there were not enough. The railings along the sides were almost useless. They could be made to have some tie downs. The safety cables seemed quite useless. If the tongue popped off it would hit the ground. The tires were in good shape and seemed very new. I (bought) (rented) one dozen pads. I didn't know i had to bring them back. There was no mention of this in the rental form. That must be mentioned. to eliminate any confusion.
